Custom basketball uniforms for teams and brands
Expansion Apparels makes custom basketball uniforms for brands, clubs, schools and academies. Every uniform is made to order in our own 7,200 sq ft facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, in your colors and with your logos, names and numbers.
Decoration options
- Sublimation printing: the design is printed into the fabric, so full-color patterns, gradients and logos can cover the whole jersey and shorts.
- Embroidery: our 3 embroidery machines stitch team logos and badges for a raised, classic finish.
- DTF printing: a good choice for player names, numbers and smaller logos.
Methods can be combined, for example a sublimated jersey with an embroidered logo.
Made in our own factory
Your order is cut, printed and stitched in our facility, on 62 stitching machines, with in-house sublimation printing. We keep a large stock of running fabric, so most orders can start without waiting for material.

How ordering works
1. Send your details through our quote form or WhatsApp.
2. We agree the design and every detail with you before production starts.
3. Production usually takes 8 to 15 working days after approval. Large orders of about 1,000 pieces take 3 to 4 weeks, confirmed with you.
4. Your uniforms are packed and shipped.
