Custom baseball and softball uniforms

Expansion Apparels makes custom baseball and softball uniforms for teams, clubs, schools and brands. Every order is made to order in our own 7,200 sq ft facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, with your colors, logos, names and numbers.

Decoration options

• Sublimation printing: the design is printed into the fabric, so full-color jerseys, pinstripes and patterns stay part of the garment.
• Embroidery: our 3 embroidery machines stitch team logos and lettering for a raised, classic finish.
• DTF printing: a good choice for player names, numbers and smaller logos.

Methods can be combined on the same uniform, for example a sublimated jersey with embroidered team lettering.

Made in our own factory

Your uniforms are cut, printed and stitched in our facility, on 62 stitching machines, with in-house sublimation printing. We keep a large stock of running fabric, so most orders can start without waiting for material.

What to send for an accurate quote

• Your design, sketch or reference picture
• Logo files, team colors and any color codes
• Quantity per design, for baseball or softball
• Size list, with names and numbers per player if needed

How ordering works

• Send your details through our quote form or WhatsApp.
• We agree the design and every detail with you before production starts.
• Production usually takes 8 to 15 working days after approval. Large orders of about 1,000 pieces take 3 to 4 weeks, confirmed with you.
• Your uniforms are packed and shipped.

Minimum order

20 pieces per design. Need fewer? Tell us your quantity and we will quote it. We usually reply within minutes during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time).
