American Football Uniforms

Custom American football uniforms

Expansion Apparels makes custom American football uniforms for teams, clubs, schools and brands. Every order is made to order in our own 7,200 sq ft facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, with your team colors, logos, names and numbers.

Decoration options

• Sublimation printing: the design is printed into the fabric, so full-color patterns, stripes and gradients stay part of the garment.
• Embroidery: our 3 embroidery machines stitch team logos and badges for a raised, classic finish.
• DTF printing: a good choice for player names, numbers and smaller details.

Methods can be combined on the same uniform, for example a sublimated jersey with an embroidered logo.

Made in our own factory

Your uniforms are cut, printed and stitched in our facility, on 62 stitching machines, with in-house sublimation printing. We keep a large stock of running fabric, so most orders can start without waiting for material.
