Who we are

This website is operated by Expansion Apparels (trading as Expansion Apparels), a sportswear manufacturer. You can contact us at sales@expansionapparels.com.

What information we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company or club, country, the product and quantity you need, any target price, your message, and any design files you attach. We also store the IP address used to send the form, to help us prevent spam.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and keep a record of our communication with you. We use IP addresses to limit abuse of the form. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses a technical cookie that keeps your session secure when you submit the form.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and which countries visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and details about your visit. It loads only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.

Third parties

Our emails are sent and stored using our hosting and email provider. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on some devices, an animation library from the Cloudflare CDN, so those services may receive your IP address when a page loads. Google also receives data through Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and related messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@expansionapparels.com and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
