Expansion Apparels is a sportswear manufacturer. We make custom team kits and activewear to your design, for brands, clubs and academies.
Our facility
Our manufacturing facility covers 7,200 square feet. Our production equipment includes 62 stitching machines, 1 sublimation machine and 3 embroidery machines, and DTF printing is also available.
Fabric ready for your order
We keep a large stock of running fabric, so we can prepare your order without waiting for materials to arrive. Availability of a specific fabric or color is confirmed in your quote.

Minimum order and lead time
Our minimum order is 20 pieces per design. Need fewer? Tell us your quantity and we will quote it.
Typical production time is 8 to 15 working days after the order details are approved. Large orders take longer, and we confirm the schedule with you.
How to order
Send us your requirements through the quote form. Tell us the product, the quantity and any details such as fabric, sizes, colors and logos, and attach your design files. We review each request and reply with a quote.
