How to order custom football (soccer) kits from Sialkot

Ordering custom football kits from a factory is simpler than it looks. This guide explains each step, from your first design idea to the finished kits.
1. Start with your design
You do not need a finished design to ask for a quote. A sketch, a reference picture or a description of your colors is enough to start. If you already have artwork, send it as a vector file, ideally a file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for logos. For each design, tell us which parts you need, for example shirts and shorts.
2. Choose how the kit is decorated
Most custom football kits use one or more of these methods:
- Sublimation printing: the design is printed into the fabric, so full-color patterns, gradients and sponsor logos can cover the whole shirt. This is the most popular choice for modern match kits.
- Embroidery: the badge or logo is stitched with thread for a raised, classic look. Many clubs choose an embroidered badge on a sublimated shirt.
- DTF printing: a transfer that works well for player names, numbers and smaller logos.
At Expansion Apparels, sublimation printing and embroidery are done in-house, on our own sublimation machine and 3 embroidery machines, and DTF printing is also available.
3. Prepare your size list and player details
A clear size list avoids delays. List the quantity per size for each design, and if the kits are personalised, add each player's name and number next to their size. Tell us if you need youth and adult sizes in the same order.
4. Check the minimum order
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. A different color or design counts as a separate design. Need fewer? Tell us your quantity and we will quote it.
5. Request a quote
Send your design, decoration choice, quantity and size list through our quote form or on WhatsApp. During working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time) we usually reply within minutes, and within a few hours outside them.
6. Approve the design
Before production starts, we agree every detail with you: colors, logo positions, names, numbers and sizes. Take time at this step; it is much easier to change a detail before cutting than after.
7. Production and delivery
Once you approve, production usually takes 8 to 15 working days. Large orders of about 1,000 pieces take 3 to 4 weeks, and we confirm the timing with you. Our 7,200 sq ft facility in Sialkot has 62 stitching machines and a large stock of running fabric, so most orders can start without waiting for material. Finished kits are packed and shipped to you.
